This is a returning customer! We have cleaned the roof of their guest house before, but this roof cleaning job is for their main house, 10,993sqft. It’s huge! This roof has never been cleaned before. We use 6% Sodium hypochlorite and 5% eliminator surfactant. Applied with a 12v 60 psi soft wash system! It was a two day project! Great results!
