This customer found us on Google needing an estimate for roof cleaning. I was in the area of the call, so I stopped by and gave the estimate in person 1 hour after the initial call. The customer was curious about the procedure so I explained I would be using a mixture 5% sodium hypochlorite 3% eliminator surfactant the rest is water. I also explained it would be softly applied with a 12v 60psi soft wash system. No high pressure! That put his mind at ease.
